Andrew S. Hazen, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Andrew, a serial entrepreneur, has been developing and branding successful businesses for more than a decade. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all Internet marketing matters, website optimization and search engine marketing. From domain name procurement to keyword selection and forming strategic partnerships, Andrew creates strategies and techniques to get websites noticed by targeted audiences and major Internet search engines. Andrew serves as a keynote speaker at Internet marketing & entrepreneur seminars and authors many published articles for varying trade magazines and marketing newsletters.  In 2008 Andrew’s book: Search Engine Optimization – Plain & Simple was published (see www.AndrewHazen.com) and he has been recognized as a leading search engine marketing expert on the Biography Channel.   A member of Long Island's list of rising stars known as the"40 Under 40" Club and a true philanthropist, Andrew sits on the Board of Directors for the non-profit hunger organization Rock CAN Roll and is active donor to Kiva.org. In 2007 PRIME Visibility made the Inc list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. and PRIME Visibility was acquired by the PV Media Group (www.PVMediaGroup.com). Andrew has a B.A. from the State University of New York College at Oswego and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Steve Rosenberg, CEO, PV Media Group
During a career spanning 20 years at Universal's television group, Mr. Rosenberg ascended to co-president of Universal Television Distribution and president of Universal Freedomestic Television, which distributed the studio's first-run, off-network and feature film product to all forms of television and online media worldwide and Freedomestically.

In his Freedomestic role, covering the U.S. and Canada, Mr. Rosenberg led the development and production of all first-run syndication programming, as well as marketing, distribution, advertising sales, business, legal and administrative functions. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg oversaw an extensive television and film library consisting of more than 5,000 feature films from Universal and in excess of 40,000 hours of series television.

Under his leadership, Mr. Rosenberg turned many off-network and first-run syndication series into broadcast and cable staples, including "Law & Order", "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "Jerry Springer", "Xena: Warrior Princess", and feature films such as "Apollo 13" and "Meet the Parents".

Richard O'Connor, CFO, PV Media Group
Mr. O'Connor spent more than a decade at Universal Freedomestic Television (UDT), rising to vice president of finance and operations and CFO of the USA Networks Television Group.

He led the daily operational and financial management of the business unit, including all employment contracts, budgeting, accounting and legal requirements for the development, production, distribution and advertising, sales and marketing divisions.

Additionally, Mr. O'Connor was responsible for strategic investment opportunities in new business development, long-term and strategic business planning in new technology, and supporting Mr. Rosenberg in advisory and due diligence for numerous deals. While at UDT, Mr. O'Connor also created and implemented all management reporting and sales analyses for the advertiser sales department, which monitored more than $100 million of inventory sold in broadcast syndication.

Mr. O'Connor played a key role in the formation of PV Media Group while serving as a principal partner in Nakita Venture Partners, a venture services company. Over the past two years, Mr. O'Connor consulted with early stage and startup companies, including Marathon Ventures, Rogar Studios and Club Create. He provided venture service, financial, accounting and operational support and advice. Mr. O'Connor has also performed consulting assignments for NBC Universal to help optimize its budgeting process.

Scott M. Litvack, Senior SEO Manager
Scott has extensive search engine optimization experience and heads up our SEO research, development and implementation team. He reviews and analyzes websites before the optimization process begins. After reviewing & analyzing current rankings, META data, site architecture, site traffic and other essential elements of search engine optimization, Scott oversees and monitors the SEO process with team members. Scott also serves as our ambassador in our relationships with Overture, Inktomi, Looksmart and Ask; he is also an editor at The Open Directory Project (DMOZ.org) where he reviews and indexes websites in thier appropriate categories. Scott has a B. A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.

Pamela Nelson, Senior PPC Manager
Pamela has over 18 years of experience in the High Tech industry for companies such as AT&T, and UNISYS. She and her team play a vital role in reviewing and analyzing natural search engine results, Pay Per-click ad performance and conversions, website traffic analysis, conversion rates and other related metrics. Pamela works with clients to understand their target audience, ROI models, and conversion rates. Pamela has a B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a M.A. in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. She is a Google Qualified Professional and Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador.

Katherine Sanders, Senior Copywriter
Katherine Sanders has many years of copywriting experience, previously working for Cablevision, Time Warner Cable of New York City and Fairchild Publications. Her broad writing background includes optimizing web pages, print, direct mail, outdoor, radio, television, magazine articles and award-winning multimedia campaigns. Kathy works closely with all of Prime Visibility's departments to create web copy, email blasts, press releases, pay per click ads and other initiatives that meet clients' targeted objectives. Kathy and her team understand how to seamlessly combine the right keywords and phrases with user-friendly copy that informs, inspires and produces results. Kathy has a B.S. in Television/Radio from Ithaca College and an M.A. in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology.
